QC Inspection & After-Sales Standards
Surface finishes pass cross-hatch testing and meet ASTM B5B standard, ISO Class 0 adhesion requirements before mass production.
Class A visible surfaces of the chassis shall have no scratches, dents, pitting, acid bleed, discoloration or other blemishes larger than 1×1 mm.
(Definition of Class A Surface: All exposed exterior surfaces after full chassis assembly.)
Hanging marks from anodizing fixtures are fully eliminated. Minor acid bleed marks around screw holes may occasionally occur; marks with a diameter under 20 mm are not eligible for after-sales support (larger marks fail QC inspection).
Slight color variation may exist between individual components due to differing curved-surface machining directions. Color inconsistency is actively controlled, and color difference will not qualify for after-sales service.
